How Settlement Works

Every trade is verified on-chain and settles atomically — no intermediaries, no trust required.

List & Verify Ownership

Seller lists a Streamflow or Jupiter Lock position (locked or vesting) or LP NFT. The marketplace verifies on-chain ownership before the auction opens.

Step 2

Auction Runs

English auction, highest bid wins. Bidding is live and last-second bids are allowed — there's no extension window.

Step 3

Auction Ends

At the deadline, the highest bid is locked in and the buyer's funds are held in escrow.

Step 4

On-Chain Verification

The platform verifies the asset can legitimately transfer to the winning bidder before anything moves.

Step 5

Atomic Settlement

If verified, funds and asset swap simultaneously. If not, the buyer is refunded in full and settlement is cancelled.

Buyer Protection

If a listing can't legitimately transfer, you don't lose your funds — settlement never happens.

Funds Escrowed

Your bid is held in escrow the moment the auction ends — it never reaches the seller until settlement is verified.

Verified On-Chain

The platform confirms the asset can legitimately transfer to you before any funds or assets move.

Automatic Refunds

If verification fails, you're refunded in full and settlement is cancelled automatically — no claims process, no waiting.
